FreeZone Spin Bikes and Classes

 

FreeZone just got an upgrade, all new spin bikes! We have added 6 new spin bikes to our back room next to our Group X classroom! We have both traditional stationary spin bikes, and all new, state of the art Real Ryder spin bikes that move side-to-side to better simulate the feeling of cycling. Come and use them any time they are available or come join us for our spin classes to give yourself the cardio workout you've been striving for!
